i'm fine with my humble nokia with no other function but calling and crappy camera :) but...nokia's not music player like ipod, emmy :(

if you want a music player with lotsa memory just get sony mp4 player (or mp3 or whatever) it's half the price for twice the memory with similar functions and interface on non-touch ipod >_>

if you wanna play some games on a music player...then yea go with ipod but if you wanna go further like phoning other ppl...then get an iphone or something...

if you wanna be in trend for no reason and love constant facebooking and tweeting like there's no tmr...get the overrated blackberry (tho you could do that with iphone too lol)

the n900 is better than an ipod touch though, since it has 32GB memory + a 32GB sim and can play music o_O

They're good for some people. ipods really suit the general public's need. They're good products... but the discerning tech-savvy user will be a lot better served by a non-apple music player/phone/toy, imho.

Someone got me an ipod for christmas once....

The good: Nice screen for video playback

The bad: Slow as shit, switching between screens felt like back in the days of my 486 pc. Textfile "Ipod Notes" software is total shit, somehow a text reader drains more batteries then even video, and drains processor time worse as well...oh and video can only be played in apple's m4v format. Oh, and you still can't drag and drop your music, still required to slog through that iTunes shit. Oh and no radio, and no voice recording capability.

So in short iPods are bloated, featureless paperweights that cost you a premium because it has a nice case. I went and bought a 40-dollar player from Meizu that did more and performed better in every aspect at a fraction of the price.

If I'm going to pay Apple prices for my hardware, I'm going to expect way more than what they provide. All you non-tech savvy people out there....please please stop feeding the monster. osX is just about the only apple product I could consider useful. Too bad it has to be bundled with their hardware.

Well my oPod has been uncharged and unused for like 3 years. So yeah it sucks, I wonder if it still works?

Well, the n900 isn't really a phone; it's a media player computer which can also do phone stuff >_>

But anyway, who cares? I've decided I don't need a new phone either... I need parts for my bike and some other stuff first.

I am saving money for LG nexus. Its an amazing phone fro google. The ce is very powerful as it has 1.5 GHz Quad-core processor and sleek and stylish design. I am saving my pocket money as I want this amazing phone from my own pocket.Though LG nexus is not much costly like iphones so I am sure that I will get it soon.
