It's been 12,000 years since the shadow angels fall into their deep sleep and now as they begin to awaken, all the 'Elements'(people with ESP powers) are in the search for 'Apollonius', the one hero that will save the earth once again as he did 12,000 year ago when he fought with the shadow angels and put them into a deep sleep, sacrificing himself in the process. The person believed to be the reincarnation of 'Apollonius' himself is a boy name 'Apollo'. And thus a journey filled with flashbacks of bittersweet memories and adventure begins when Apollo joined forces with the 'Elements' and begins to fight the awakened shadow angels, mainly for his friend 'Baron' who perish under the hands of the angels...The story is awesome at the beginning, but towards the end (sadly) it begins to lose it's momentum....but if you like a story with a sad ending, well...this might actually suit you... *You gotta be open minded when you watch a show like this...you know what I mean?....

Honestly, all the characters are well-developed.I definitely won't want to spoil it here so you should watch it yourself if you want to know...

The opening song is excellent, it makes you want to join Apollo and the gang to pilot the Vectors as well. Cool, with a sharp, clean finish to it. In fact I should have given it a 10/10 if not for the ending song...I think it's creepy,sad and a little bitter but otherwise okay.

Wow, this is one of the best animation pictures that you will ever see in ten years time...okay, maybe twenty...I gotta be frank to you, if you have that thing for animation and you don't care about how the story goes, then 'Aquarion' is definitely your goldmine.

It's sad that the story goes a little wobbly in the middle and the ending had me bewildered....*I was asking myself : What? That's it?* Well, anyway, the nice animation and music goes a long way to satisfy every anime enthusiast's need...Cheers to whoever was involved in bringing this anime to life.....

Aqarion is really a good anime as he^said the ending disapoint you because apollo just disapears like 12,000 years ago but it was apollonius. Apollo keeps having flashback about his lpast lover seriene. So ya if u guys are interested watch it.

EVEN THOUGH IT IS A GOOD ANIME. IT LACKS CONSISTENCY. THEY HAVE SOME FILLER EPISODES IN THE BEGINING AND IN THE MIDDLE OF THE SERIES TO DEVELOPE THE OTHER CHARACTERS OF THE ANIME. THE ENDING SUCKS!! REALLY THE LAST EPISODE LEAVES A LOT TO BE DESIRED.
